A short and sweet blog post to let people know that I will be popping up at Blas at Fronlas in the beautiful town of Newport, Pembrokeshire on the 21st of June 2018.
Below is a description of what to expect on the evening.

The finest of foraged ingredients paired with the very best of local ingredients.

Dishes to be served are written below -
Summer solstice - June 21st 2018
Time - 7pm to 10pm
£50 per head.
Bread, butter and Pickles.
“Egg in the hedgerow”
Slow cooked duck egg yolk, hedgerow edibles and mushroom sauce.
“Spider crab and the shoreline”
Spider crab with shoreline edibles.
“Carn Edward to the coast"
Slow cooked Carn Edward shin of longhorn beef, wild cabbage, sea radish, charred potato and beef shin juices.
"Cheese"
Fresh cheese and Coedcanlas honey.
"The cliffside at springtime - Ynys Dewi”
Gorse flower custard, ash and birch meringue.
Dishes to be served are subject to change due to availability of ingredients.
