USING SEASONAL BOUNTY OF THE LAND AND SEA IN BEAUTIFUL PEMBROKESHIRE
FURZEHILL FORAGING CLUB
Join me for two exclusive seasonal pop-up restaurant suppers. Live off the fat of the land (and sea) at a hidden farmhouse base in Pembrokeshire.
For the first time this August, Matt will be resident foraging chef at Furzehill Farm, where I will create a pop-up restaurant. In the morning we will head out (and you can join me) to seek the bounty of the farm, the wood and the sea to devise a foraged four-course tasting menu. You’re invited to be one of only 15 guests at each of these beautiful evenings. If you can’t make these dates, sign up below to keep up to date with future suppers, foraging outings and cookery courses.
WHERE TO STAY
You can stay at the latest Chillderness house, the stunning beach house in Saundersfoot which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Or you can stay with club co-founder Val Rees right at the heart of things at Furzehill Farm itself – ideal for bon viveurs!

Four-course foraged dinner curated by acclaimed chef, forager and fisherman Matt Powell

PRICE
£60 per head, including apéritif
FORAGING
You can join Matt earlier in the day to forage around Furzehill and at Lawrenny Quay for an extra £30 per head course fee
